Yoga and Mental Health for Body Image
This course is designed for anyone who finds themselves struggling with negative body image or disordered eating. This is also meant for healing professionals and yoga teachers to further their learning into helping others with these concerns. The modules focus on how to heal body image in the four energetic bodies; mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I have designed this course to help you deepen your relationship with yourself on all levels.
Hi, my name is Grace and I am a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. I have a profound respect for holistic healing modalities which is why I began my training in yoga after becoming a licensed mental health provider and practicing yoga for over 8 years. I specialize in individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma- related issues, and anyone struggling with food or body image concerns. I completed my 200 hour training with My Vinyasa Practice and am now currently working toward my IAYT certification program for yoga therapy. I look forward to sharing with you all I have to offer!
