Our online Mindfulness Coach Certification gives you the tools to work with clients in a one-on-one setting to help them overcome limiting beliefs and realize their potential. Our unique program teaches you how to leverage mindfulness tools to learn how to manage thoughts and feelings, let go of limiting beliefs, and find sustainable balance. Trainees learn first how to identify limiting beliefs that are holding them back and how to use tools found within mindfulness to unlock their true potential.
As training progresses, trainees learn how to work with others in a coaching capacity to identify judgements and limiting beliefs. Once identified, these energetic blockages can be cleared. After completing the initial training in identifying and facilitating coaching opportunities in their clients, students will have the opportunity to work with both individual and group clients in supervised sessions during a guaranteed internship. Upon completion of this training, trainees will be Certified Mindfulness Coach and capable of coaching clients one-on-one or in small groups.
The Yoga Nidra Certification is intended for students looking to deepen their own practice, as well as teachers wanting to enhance their foundational training. Therapists, counselors, coaches, and alternative healers looking to expand their toolbox and deepen their understanding of ancient yogic practices will also benefit from this training. Upon completion, teachers will be eligible to teach Yoga Nidra. All online trainings are approved continuing education courses through Yoga Alliance and can be used to fulfill CEU requirements. This course counts towards 40 non-contact hours with Yoga Alliance.
This online program can be completed in as little as 4 weeks, but students are encouraged to take the time they need to connect with the curriculum, heighten their understanding, and deepen their practice. You will receive dedicated support from our Lead Trainers and Peer Support team, who are available throughout training to help answer questions and offer feedback.

The online training is laid out in weekly formats that guide students through the readings, videos, and other course content. Our online program is paced for trainees so that they make measured progress and have time to connect with the curriculum, heighten their understanding, and deepen their practice.
Once you have completed your training, you will receive a certificate in Mindfulness Coaching and will be qualified to work with people in a coaching capacity. This course is also eligible for 100 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.
The Yoga Nidra Certification Course is eligible for 40 CEUs with Yoga Alliance and certifies you to teach Yoga Nidra upon graduation.

My yoga practice began in 2004 in Kuwait after the birth of my oldest son. I was looking for a way to get back into shape while cultivating some balance in my life. I studied Ashtanga Yoga both privately with my teacher and independently for a decade before I decided to take my practice to the next level.
I hold a M.Ed in Curriculum Development, I'm an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and I'm a C-IAYT Yoga Therapists serving populations in Eating Recovery, Behavioral Health, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Over the past decade, I've built a sustainable company in the health and wellness space that is geared to professionalizing the industry and creating equitable employment opportunities.
I teach public classes in Austin, Texas, I teach corporate classes and private classes as my schedule permits, and I host workshops and retreats. In 2020 I open my first yoga studio near at Jacob Fontaine Lane and we are opening our second studio on South Congress in 2023. It is an honor to be of service in this community.
