She was an avid ashtanga practitioner for several years before she discovered her passion and love for the creativity of power and vinyasa flow. Christine is an uplifting yoga instructor who specializes in teaching classes that focus on breath, alignment and yoga philosophy. She teaches individuals and groups, including children, athletes, corporate-employees, and seniors, and in styles from restorative, yin, ashtanga and vinyasa. Christine carries over 1000 hours in yoga & fitness education and loves to teach and share in the world of retreats and yoga trainings. Outside of public classes Christine serves as teacher-trainer, fitness coach and flexologist whose passion is to hold space for individuals and groups to connect with their breath, body and spirit. She has led over a dozen yoga teacher trainings, hosted international retreats, featured in a yoga podcast, performed sound healings, and taught art at an inner city high school in Chicago. When not teaching or coaching you may find her outside running, kayaking, climbing, biking, cooking or traveling.
