All online trainings are approved continuing education courses through Yoga Alliance and can be used to fulfill CEU requirements. Work At Your Own Pace
The online training is laid out in weekly formats that guide students through the readings, videos, and other course content. Our online program can be completed in as little as 4 weeks, but students are encouraged to take the time they need to connect with the curriculum, heighten their understanding, and deepen their practice.
Once you have completed your training you will receive your certificate in the Subtle Bodies and have an understanding of the energetic sheaths and energetic pathways within the physical form. This course counts towards 40 non-contact hours with Yoga Alliance.
Once you complete training and receive your certification, join us as a paid Mentor Teacher, and support our mission to uplift collective consciousness while starting your career as a yoga teacher.
Our Subtle Bodies training will help you to deepen your understanding of the Panchamaya Kosha System and will bring a deeper understanding of energetic mechanisms from both an Eastern and Western perspective. This training is perfect for anyone who works with energy through movement modalities, meditation, bodywork, or acupressure as well as anyone looking to deepen their energetic practices through the lens of yoga philosophy, the kosha bodies, the chakras, and the human aura.

My name is Michelle Young and I'm the owner of My Vinyasa Practice. My yoga practice began in 2004 in Kuwait after the birth of my oldest son. The foundation of my teaching is built on one concept: the student always comes first. When we take the role as a teacher, it is our job to come to our students empty of our own agendas, and simply impart knowledge when the student is ready.
I am currently an E-RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance and a C-IAYT Yoga Therapists specializing in Eating Recovery and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I lead yoga teacher training in Austin, TX as well as abroad on international intensive retreats. I have a passion for teaching and learning the wisdom teachings found within the philosophy and methodology of yoga. I look forward to sharing our trainings with you!
