This online program can be completed in as little as 4 weeks, but students are encouraged to take the time they need to connect with the curriculum, heighten their understanding, and deepen their practice. This training is perfect for anyone who works with energy through movement modalities, meditation, bodywork, or acupressure, as well as anyone looking to deepen their energetic practices through the lens of yoga philosophy, the kosha bodies, the chakras, and the human aura. Once you have completed your training you will receive your certificate in the Subtle Bodies and have an understanding of the energetic sheaths and energetic pathways within the physical form. This course counts towards 40 non-contact hours with Yoga Alliance.
Our Subtle Bodies training will help you to deepen your understanding of the Panchamaya Kosha System and will bring a deeper understanding of energetic mechanisms from both an Eastern and Western perspective. Learn how the nadi systems and meridians overlay one another, as well as a Western perspective on the energetic pathways and how they fit into the fascial and interstitial systems of the body.
