Register for Our August 17th Mindfulness Coaching Certification
Registration is now open for our Certified Mindfulness Coach training. Registration will close August 15th and classes begin August 18th. Live Zoom sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. CDT to 6:30 p.m. CDT. In additional to live Zoom lectures, trainees will receive access to prerecorded lectures, meditations, yoga practices, and interactive tools to guide them through training.

Access our online trainings anytime from anywhere in the world. Our online Mindfulness Coach Certification gives you the tools to work with clients in a one on one setting to help them overcome limiting beliefs and realize their potential. Our unique program teaches you how to leverage mindfulness tools to learn how to manage thoughts and feelings, let go of limiting beliefs, and find sustainable balance. Trainees learn first how to identify limiting beliefs that are holding them back and how to use tools found within mindfulness to unlock their true potential.
As training progresses, trainees learn how to work with others in a coaching capacity to identify judgements and limiting beliefs. Once identified, these energetic blockages can be cleared. Trainees will work in small groups to work through real life coaching situations under the supervision of mentors who can develop their coaching skills.
Once trainees complete their initial training in identifying and facilitating coaching opportunities in their clients they will have the opportunity to work with clients in supervised sessions. Upon completion of this training, trainees will be Certified Wellness Coaches and capable of coaching clients one on one or in small groups.
WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE
The online training is laid out in weekly formats that guide students through the readings, videos, and other course content. Our online program is paced for trainees so that they make measured progress and have time to connect with the curriculum, heighten their understanding, and deepen their practice.
Once you have completed your training you will receive a certificate in Mindfulness Coaching and will be qualified to work with people in a coaching capacity.
My name is Michelle Young, and I'm the owner of My Vinyasa Practice. My yoga practice began in 2004 in Kuwait after the birth of my oldest son. The foundation of my teaching is built on one concept: the student always comes first. When we take the role as a teacher, it is our job to come to our students empty of our own agendas, and simply impart knowledge when the student is ready.
I am currently an E-RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance and a C-IAYT Yoga Therapists specializing in Eating Recovery and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I lead yoga teacher training in Austin, TX as well as abroad on international intensive retreats. I have a passion for teaching and learning the wisdom teachings found within the philosophy and methodology of yoga. I look forward to sharing our trainings with you!
