This course is designed for individuals who would like to have a deeper connection with their wellness practices and for those who would like another option for accountability with their wellness planning. My personal practice with mindfulness, meditation, and yoga began in 2009. I infuse many of these practices within my professional responsibilities and daily life and I enjoy helping others figure out how they can adapt and include wellness related practices in their lives to enhance their quality of life. I am a counselor educator, mindfulness and quality of life researcher, and a licensed professional counselor. I completed a 200hr yoga teacher training and completed certification as a mindfulness coach with My Vinyasa Practice. I am happy to share this content on holistic wellness planning with you!
